We, Nissan_Brunei are now implementing new precaution measure by introducing the NEWLY business platform called “Nissan Safety Solutions”, where our dedicated Nissan Sales Team will bring the whole NEW Nissan experience to their potential customers in a way of “contactless delivery“, which is safe and secure.

Regardless of current on-going situation, customers are still able to make their test drive appointments online either through our official Nissan_Brunei Facebook or Instagram. All they have to do is to select which Nissan models they are interested in and they will be able to experience it right at the convenience of their doorstep with the assistance of our Nissan Sales Executives.

Here’s how “Nissan Safety Solutions” mechanism works. When an appointment has been made through online, one of our assigned friendly Nissan Sales Executive will bring over the customer’s choice of Nissan model along with a hygiene kit as part of extra preventive steps for hygiene practice purposes before driving (e.g disinfect frequent touch points) the car to their customer’s house.

For both of our Nissan showroom in Beribi and Kuala Belait, any customers who walk-in for car viewing or send their cars for servicing upon their arrival will have to do a temperature check up to detect any symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever & coughing before entering the showroom and get their hands sanitized which is stationed at Nissan reception counter. Staffs of Nissan_Brunei has also been instructed by management to put on their mask and frequent hand sanitizing or clean with soap and water.

On the other hand, Nissan Sales Executives are trained to practice “Social Distancing” with no shake hands upon arrival of their customer’s house. They will greet their customers verbally and start further consultation on the selected Nissan models & features

As for the process of car loans, customers can just prepare their relevant documentations in advance to proceed the submission of complete paperworks in getting bank approval. Once loan is approved, preparation of the car will be the next stage. It will be ready with proper sanitization before the delivery of the vehicle to the customer.

To Nissan_Brunei, customer’s safety is our utmost priority. Hence, the rationale behind to implement this precaution measure is to reduce person-to-person interactions in showroom and also to overcome the spread of the coronavirus.
